Monitoring of the finance accounts

Accountable For:

Proper spending and accounting

Responsible For:

1. Proper upkeep and maintenance of funds and accounts
2. Arranging the annual audit and preparing balance sheet & statement of accounts
3. Preparation of budget for the Finance Committee
4. Presentation of annual budget and accounts to State Executive/Council
5. Receiving all money and remitting to bank account
6. Paying money on proper sanction
7. Helping to raise funds
8. Working in coordination with the State Secretary / Jt. State Secretary
9. Working as the Secretary of the Finance Committee

Responsible To:

1. State Chief Commissioner
2. State Council and State Executive Committee
3. State Finance Committee

Requirements:

1. Fair knowledge of accounting procedure
2. Subscribe to the aims and principles of B.S.&G

Work Relationship Within the Organisation:
