Success Story of Bharath Scouts and Guides Karnataka

Kalyana Karnataka First Jamborette was organized in collaboration with Bidar District Association and Shahin Group Education Institution, Bidar from 8th to 12th February 2024 at Shaheen PU Science College, Shaheen Nagara, near Shahapur Gate, Bidar under the guidance of Sri P.G.R. Sindhia, State Chief Commissioner. 2812 Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Unit Leaders were participated.

Dr. Abdul Qadeer, Chairman of Shaheen Group Education Institution served as the Chief of the Jamborette, Dr. Guramma Siddhareddy, District Chief Commissioner, Bidar served as Additional Chief of the Jamborette, Dr. H.B. Bharashetti served as Secretary of Jamborette, Sri Thousif Madikeri, C.E.O of

Shahin Group Education Institution served as Tresurer of Jamborette and Smt Malleshwari Jujare, ASOC and Incharge of Kalyana Karnataka Districts served as overall incharge of the Jamborette.

Sri Ramesh Thibashetti served as Leader of the Jamborette for Scout Section and Smt Jaisheela Sudarshan served as Leader of the Jamborette for Guide Section.

Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers from 7 Districts of Kalyana Karnataka namely Ballari, Bidar, Kalburgi, Koppal, Yadgiri, Raichur and Vijayanagara, Dignitaries and Guests were welcomed by the Scouts and Guides of Shaheen School with flowers.

On February 8th, Smt Geetha Nataraj, State Commissioner(G) and Guests-dignitaries released the song of “Kalyana Karnataka’s Jamborette”. Participants sung and enjoyed the Jamborette song.

Sri P.G.R. Sindhia, State Chief Commissioner, Dr. Abdul Qadeer, Jamborette Chief, Sri M.A. Khalid, SC(S) were participated. Sri Channabasanna S.L, Bidar District Superintendent of Police inaugurated the Procession.

In the Jamborette “Zilla Vaibhava” Programme, “Rasa Sanje”, “Quiz”, Local Talents, information of Safety measures of Fire, Various Information Centers like Solar Technology, Sustainable Development Goals and CPR, Sight Seeing to Gurunanak Zara, Bidar Fort, Papanashana Swami Temple, Adventure Activities- Commando Bridge, Tire Wall, Monkey Crawling, Tower etc, Skillorama- Mehandi,

Rangoli, Paper Cutting, Clay, Modeling, Pioneering Models, Cooking without fire, Food Plaza, Talent Hub, Hand Crafts, Personal Development, etc. so many Competitive Activities were organized.

On February 8th, Smt Geetha Nataraj, State Commissioner(G) and Guests-dignitaries released the song of “Kalyana Karnataka’s Jamborette”. Participants sung and enjoyed the Jamborette song.

On 11th February HWB Conference for Leaders was conducted on 12PM. Sri P.G.R. Sindhia, State Chief Commissioner Inaugurated the Conference. Sri Chinnaswami Reddy, State Commissioner(Adult Resource), Sri N. Srinivasan, ASC(S) were resource persons for the Conference. 70 HWB Holders were attended.

On 12th February All Faith Prayer was held. This program was conducted by Smt. Malleshwari Jujare. Sri Bhanthe Gnanasagara from Anaduru, Sri Darbar Singh from Gurudwara Life Trusty, Dr. Abdul Qadeer, Jamborette Chief, Dr. Guramma Siddhareddy, Additional Jamborette Chief, Dr. H.B. Bharashetti, Jomborette Secretary, Sri Thousif Madikeri, Jamborette Treasurer and others were present.
